We are currently recruiting on behalf of a thriving and fast-growing business based in Heckmondwike, who are looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to their busy and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service or administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and enquiries
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
- Supporting customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
- Following up enquiries and supporting the wider sales team
- Updating customer records and managing information through CRM systems
- General administration and customer support duties
- Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or office-based support role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
